WHAT IS MY PASSION

I have deep joy in my heart. I'm full of passion for kids. Jesus said in the book of mathew 18:1 that whoever welcomes a little child welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me welcomes the father in heaven.

I always think what if no one is there for them, my question is; who is responsible for them? I mean those children that are homeless, abandoned, and orphaned in all aspects of life.

              I am called Kobusingye Anitha. I am a Rwandan by nationality. I lost my mother during child birth and I lost my dad when I was just 2years of age. I grew up living a life where I had to stand up and raise myself since there was no one to do it for me. BEING AN ORPHAN IS NOT A JOKE!! I THEREFORE UNDERSTAND THEIR NEEDS.

In 2009, I started a ministry back home in RWANDA. I used to go all over the streets of Kigali to spend my time with the street kids. I took food, clothings,and drinks to them whenever I could. Whenever I would be with them I would try to ask them about their backgrounds. But what hurt me most was that I share the same historical background with most of them.

I was moved and determined within myself that out of the 1000 kids that are on the streets, maybe I can save one or two.
                          In 2010, I officially opened a home for 12 kids, the youngest is just 2 and the oldest is  13. My target is not the quantity, but the quality. So far, God has enabled me to provide these kids with some of the basic things they need  in life, such as:
          1: FOOD        
          2: SHELTER
          3: EDUCATION
          4: MEDICAL INSURANCE                      
  
But most of all these kids need LOVE. Every child has a right to be loved and cared for. I am happy that I am able to send  the love I have never been given back for the better and for the a glory of GOD.
